Shipping

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

Processing

Orders are picked and packed within 1-3 business days. During the holiday period this can stretch slightly; if it does, we will tell you by email rather than leave you guessing.

Delivery times

Standard delivery takes 7-14 business days after dispatch. Remote areas and customs checks can add a few days. Priority Processing, if you added it at checkout, moves your order to the front of the packing queue — it speeds up dispatch, not the carrier.

Tracking

You will get a tracking link by email as soon as the carrier scans your parcel. If tracking has not updated for more than five business days, contact us and we will chase it.

Wrong address

If you spot a mistake in your address, email us straight away. Once a parcel has shipped we cannot change its destination.
