Returns and refunds

If it is not right, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

What we need

The item should be in the condition it arrived in, with the tissue box removed. We do not need the original packaging to be perfect.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and a line about what went wrong. We will send you a return address and confirm the next steps within one business day.

Refunds

Once your return arrives we inspect it and issue the refund to your original payment method. Banks usually take a further 3-5 business days to show it.

Damaged or wrong item

Send us a photo and we will replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer. You will not be asked to pay return postage for our mistake.
